We are seeking a resourceful and curious Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating fashion shows both in Paris and abroad, serving as the key contact for all team members. The ideal candidate will have a junior profile, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our events and supporting the entire team.
Missions
Assist in the planning and execution of fashion shows in Paris and international locations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for production agency, collaborators, casting and way more.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for international events.
Manage backstage operations.
Facilitate communication between different departments and team members.
Handle last-minute changes and emergencies with efficiency and composure.
Maintain a clean and organized backstage environment.
Collaborate with the event management team to ensure seamless execution.
Assist in post-event breakdown and inventory management.
Work on other amazing event such as Press day, Trunk shows etc.
Profil
Previous experience in event planning or the fashion industry is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful, proactive, and curious in solving problems.
Flexibility to travel internationally and work irregular hours, including weekends.
Passion for fashion and a keen interest in event management.
Fluent English and French
