The JACQUEMUS teamThe Wholesale team aims to make JACQUEMUS shine internationally through its B2B partners. With a presence in more than 65 countries, 250 customers and more than 350 points of sale, JACQUEMUS is a young and innovative brand in constant evolution.

All the teams are working together to reinforce the success of the brand while protecting the JACQUEMUS image and essence.

Your roleReporting directly to the Global Wholesale Director, your role is to ensure the development and expansion of JACQUEMUS in Europe.

Your missionsImplement the Commercial Strategy in European Markets

Implement the partnership and distribution policy on all offline / brick & mortars partners

Develop the sales operational action plan with the area managers of the region as well as our local agents

Implement business strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth

Articulate specific action plans across the wholesale partners of the regions

Coordinate new store / corners openings in close collaboration with the different departments and local teams

Develop and monitor all type of activations with partners ensuring a perfect and cost effective execution

Provide consistent, accurate insights on the state of the business to inform short-term actions and long-term planning

Turnover Development and Monitor Markets Performance

Analyze and develop the distribution network in line with the brand’s strategy

Deploy KPI’s for the business assuring that internal processes are established to meet them

Monitor weekly sales reports: analyze activity to maximize sales and restocking opportunities

Manage restocking requests and inventory tracking in collaboration with sales administration

Achieve the objectives set, creating a solid relationship with existing partners during showrooms

Visit customers to ensure brand image and strategy is respected, conduct trainings to engage and educate sales teams

Collaborate with local agents in the implementation and follow-up of the commercial and strategic action plans for a good development of the different markets

Team Management

Lead the Area Managers Teams for North Europe & South Europe encouraging everyone’s potential (2 sales managers, 2 assistants, 2 interns)

Development of each team motivation and sense of belonging to the brand

Coaching and monitoring each team’s performance, helping each team member developing their commercial and analytical skills.

Set the team structure, recruit new roles and build efficient and versatile team as the company scales
