We are looking for aCELEBRITY & INFLUENCER RELATIONS COORDINATOR.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Celebrity & Influencer Strategy:
Strategize key celebrity placements while understanding key moments of the entertainment
industry; to help ensure positioning and elevation of the brand, while driving key metrics, sale
conversions and buzz around products;
Analyse key marketing KPI and ROIs to give keys for brand growth in daily functions: celebrity
& influencer product placements, events, dressing opportunities, endorsement, campaigns
etc;
Track on HQ talents, regional talents and their specifics for alignment and brand growth in
Regions;
Drive the Celebrity Office in day-to-day opportunities, ensuring coherence between Celebrity
& Influencer topics;
T&A Coordination:
Supervision of Talent T&A arrangements and event organisation, following the Brand specifics
and positioning;
Collaborate with MarComm functions to assist the Head of Celebrity & Influencer Relations in
daily tasks and requests with the support of the Celebrity & Influencer Relations Assistant;
Celebrity & Influence Coordination:
Assist the Head of Celebrity & Influencer Relations in contract negotiations and tracking of
Service Days;
Supervision of Global Celebrity & Influencer budget and reports of financial activities to the
Head of Celebrity & Influencer Relations with the support of the Celebrity & Influencer Relations
Assistant.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS in Business, Public Relations, Communications or related degree;
At least 3 years working in the entertainment industry or related field;
Experience in a large-scale fashion environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;
Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus;
Strong communication skills and positive attitude;
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet short deadlines;
Detailed oriented, discreet and leader mindset are a must.
