Overview:
We are looking for a well-connected, socially intuitive individual to serve as a Model Recruiter for an elite network of Atmosphere Models — a curated circle of elegant, fashion-forward individuals invited to exclusive events, luxury dinners, and private gatherings hosted by a world-renowned artist and his distinguished circle.
This role is perfect for someone with an eye for talent, an understanding of aesthetics, and the social fluency to connect with potential candidates in-person or online.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential Atmosphere Models via social platforms, networking events, or personal outreach
• Evaluate candidates based on style, presence, and demeanor
• Coordinate submissions of professional photos and basic profiles
• Maintain communication between selected models and event coordinators

Ideal Recruiter Profile:
• Strong presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn
• Access to or familiarity with modeling, nightlife, or fashion scenes
• Tasteful, discerning eye for aesthetics and personality
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills

Compensation:
• 75k per year + bonuses
