Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Celebrity Podcast Guest Booker. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing high-profile guests for our podcasts. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential guests, reaching out to their representatives, managing booking schedules, coordinating guest logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts. Additionally, the role requires excellent organizational skills to ensure a seamless guest booking process.
Qualifications
Research, Networking, and Outreach skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
Experience with relationship management and maintaining professional networks
Proficiency in using scheduling and booking tools
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with the podcast industry and celebrity culture is a plus
