The Opportunity

We are looking for an Operational Marketing Graduate to act as a key link between local markets and internal brand teams. This role involves managing brand alignment, conducting market analysis, and overseeing portfolio management to drive effective marketing strategies and decision-making.

What you'll get to do

Market Coordination:
•    Acting as the liaison between local markets and internal brand teams, understanding market needs, and influencing internal teams to provide necessary tools.
•    Ensuring that local markets are implementing brand strategies while identifying opportunities & potential “gaps” in the Marketing Plan
•    Communicating updates and important changes within the brand to local markets. 

Analysis and Reporting:
•    Conducting analysis and preparing reports on Sell-in and Sell-out data with key insights.
•    Provide analytical support for important meeting
•    Produce Launch Brand Feedback reports by consolidating individual reports into a single document.
•    Collecting and sharing best practices from local markets internally & promote cross-region fertilization among key markets and regions (Market Development).

CPS Process & portfolio Management:
•    Guarantee OMD alignment and knowledge exchange by providing relevant brand & markets information and holding regular alignment meetings.
•    Portfolio management, overseeing catalogue maintenance & discontinuation process 
•    Owning the coordination of the CPS process: preparation of sessions, reference coordination (availability dates, OCD, reference creation), follow-up, information to market, and launchbook management (timing, detailed info, etc.).
•    Daily communication with supply, CPS & demand planning teams

•    Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for detail.
•    Strong relationship-building skills with cross-departmental and affiliate teams.
•    Proactive, anticipatory, and well-organized.
