Overview:

Chief Executive Officer is accountable for leading a successful global expansion, shaping the organization into an internationally recognized craft brand with a strong and credible presence on the global stage. This includes delivering sustainable revenue growth while driving organizational maturity and long‑term scalability. The position has a strong focus on strategy and growth, brand and creative leadership, and building a scalable organization capable of international expansion, while preserving the core craftsmanship values that define the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Vision and Growth

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive global growth strategy for the organization, covering market prioritization and operational frameworks.
  • Target consistent revenue growth of 20-30% per year while upholding financial stability.
  • Define the strategic positioning between branded and white-label products to optimize resources effectively.
  • Lead initiatives for capacity expansion, ensuring readiness for the upcoming factory transition planned for 2027.

2. Brand Stewardship and Creative Leadership

  • Champion the brand’s DNA of craftsmanship, ensuring it resonates with both accessibility and the rich Vietnamese heritage.
  • Oversee research and development, guiding design and collecting directions to align creativity with market needs.
  • Safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints, including products, collaborations, and communications.

3. Global Market Development

  • Amplify the organization’s presence in key international markets (Europe and the United States) through exhibitions and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop capabilities in sales and business development to drive international growth.
  • Forge and maintain strategic relationships with global retailers and institutional partners.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Create and maintain a scalable operational platform, covering all aspects from R&D to sales.
  • Enhance systems and processes to support complicated operational needs while sustaining growth.
  • Ensure that product quality remains high while preserving our commitment to craftsmanship.

5. Leadership and Organizational Culture

  • Develop and nurture a high-performing leadership team, particularly within creative and commercial functions.
  • Inspire a unified vision throughout the organization, fostering a sense of pride in our Vietnamese heritage.
  • Encourage a culture of creativity balanced with operational discipline and performance focus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; an advanced degree is an asset.
  • 10-15 years of leadership experience, ideally in senior roles such as CEO, General Manager or Head of Business.
  • A deep understanding of the value chain from design, manufacturing to commercialization.
  • A successful track record in luxury or design-led sectors, preferably in lifestyle, furniture, arts, home décor, fashion, craftmanship or related industries.
  • Proven experience in developing international markets, particularly in Europe and the U.S.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Highly attuned to brand and design, while maintaining a commercially grounded perspective.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across diverse functions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a balanced approach to risk management.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is advantageous.
