Company Description LEENODA is a fashion brand founded in 2003 by two sisters, Leenah and Hind (Noda), who wanted unique and original designs to celebrate the holy month of Ramadhan. The brand began with made-to-order kaftans and quickly gained success, leading to the opening of its first physical store in 2004 offering kaftans and ready-to-wear apparel. In 2014, LEENODA launched its own custom-made materials, designed exclusively for the brand. Today, LEENODA is recognized for its blend of fashion and culture and continues to grow, serving customers across the GCC and internationally.

Role Description The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of all business units. This role includes leading operational planning, optimizing processes in production, retail, and supply chain, and aligning operations with the brand’s strategic goals. The COO will collaborate closely with the founders and leadership team to manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in quality, customer experience, and profitability. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing operational policies, and supporting the brand’s expansion in local and international markets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including experience optimizing processes, managing workflows, and overseeing multi-site or retail operations.
  • Candidates should possess Business Planning and Budgeting skills to develop operational plans, manage resources, and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, manage financial performance, and make informed decisions.
  • Candidates should possess leadership and people management capabilities, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Relevant experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods operations is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
