Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Beauty Department in Bristol, a destination for modern luxury and cutting‑edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high‑end beauty brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
About the role…
- Guide clients through our curated collection of brands and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury beauty and perfumery.
- Build and maintain genuine, long‑lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of trends and emerging brands in fragrance, skincare, and beauty.
- Experience and confidence in make‑up application and techniques.
- Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium products and accessories.
- Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends. This is a full‑time position, working 37.5 hours a week.
