Mode Search are partnering with a globally recognised luxury fashion house in their search for Sales Associates to join their first concession opening in London.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a highly anticipated launch from one of the most influential names in modern luxury. Known for its refined aesthetic, directional design, and cult following, the brand represents a new era of understated, intelligent fashion.
Joining at launch stage, you will play a key role in bringing the brand to life on the shop floor delivering a considered, elevated client experience while building a loyal and engaged client base from day one.
The role is based full-time in London's leading luxury department store.
The Role:
- Deliver a highly personalised, elevated client experience aligned with a modern luxury aesthetic
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values, tone, and style of the house
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with a discerning, fashion-aware clientele
- Drive individual sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Develop deep product knowledge, confidently styling and advising clients
- Support the successful launch and ongoing performance of the concession
- Maintain impeccable standards of presentation and visual merchandising
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience within luxury fashion retail
- Strong track record of delivering results in a client-led environment
- Naturally stylish with a strong understanding of contemporary fashion
- Confident working with a high-profile, fashion-conscious client base
- Proactive, driven, and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for modern luxury and directional design
