How You Will Contribute
- contribute to the overall success of the boutique through a team-oriented approach to client service
- provide exceptional customer service through in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
- achieve individual monthly sales targets by delivering an outstanding customer experience
- ensure after-sales service according to company standards while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
- build authentic and long-term relationships with clients from the first interaction through after-sales support
- uphold the high standards of the VALENTINO brand and contribute to visual merchandising
- regularly provide feedback regarding client activities and market trends
- participate in the organization of client events
Qualifications and Skills
- previous experience in high-end retail is an advantage
- genuine interest in and passion for fashion
- excellent customer service and client-oriented mindset
- ability to achieve sales goals and build productive client relationships
- outstanding communication skills
- team player with a proactive attitude
- high level of flexibility and enthusiasm
- fluent in English
- ability to work with basic business software programs
