Position: Client Experience and Services Manager
Lead client services and enhance the beauty experience in-store. Manage staff training, online reservations, and events to foster client engagement and satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll focus on improving client interactions and service quality in a busy beauty studio environment. Your expertise in managing Beauty Advisors will ensure that service levels meet client expectations and that events are well-coordinated. Effective performance management and training will be pivotal to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee beauty studio client service operations

• Train and develop Beauty Advisors for excellence

• Manage online reservation and availability

• Coordinate and plan all in-store events

• Provide timely performance feedback and assessments

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in a management role in beauty or retail

• Strong coaching and team development skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with community engagement

• Excellent time-management capabilities

• Passion for makeup artistry or skincare is a plus

Drive excellence in client services by managing staff and enhancing operational efficiencies within the beauty studio.
