We are seeking an exceptional Client Couture Fittings Manager to join our team at an exciting stage of growth. This is a multifaceted, client-centric role focused on delivering an impeccable couture experience, ensuring every client journey is seamless, personal, and of the highest luxury standard.
The Role
Based full-time (5 days per week) in our Chelsea fitting space, The Conservatory, you will play a pivotal role in managing all client fittings and acting as the central point of contact throughout each client’s couture journey with discretion.
You will work closely with our skilled Atelier, Shop teams, and Conservatory teams, ensuring exceptional communication, coordination, and delivery at every stage.
This role also includes responsibility for the smooth running of The Conservatory building and the managing of your assistant.
There may be other adhoc responsibilities assisting our PR and Marketing teams with events and Shoots.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all client fitting schedules, balancing internal production timelines with client availability
- Oversee all aspects of client fittings, including preparation, execution, and follow-up
- Support and work alongside our team of fitters during appointments
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their couture journey (typically 8–12 months and multiple fittings)
- Deliver an outstanding, highly personalised client experience at every touchpoint
- Manage client communications, order updates, billing, invoicing, and payments
- Ensure seamless coordination with the Atelier to support efficient production schedules
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of The Conservatory and manage your assistant
- Collaborate closely with management and teams across all locations to maintain clear communication and exceptional standards
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a warm, polished, and highly organised individual with a genuine passion for couture and luxury service.
Essential skills and experience:
- Essential Key- highly organised.
- Ideally Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within couture, luxury bridal, or high-end fashion but not essential
- Strong understanding of couture garment construction and luxury fabrics would be beneficial but not essential
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and engaging manner
- Impeccable spoken and written English
- Discreet, professional, and emotionally intelligent approach to client relationships
- Strong numerical and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- Experience managing or supporting team members
- Proficiency in Mac systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace
