We are seeking a polished, dependable, fashion-minded team member to support daily shop operations while contributing to the art of tailoring, garment fitting, and luxury service.

Role Description

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, craftsmanship, and working in a high-touch environment. The position blends customer service, boutique operations, and hands-on garment support across both menswear and womenswear, including bridal.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience
  • Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
  • Coordinate garment pickups and maintain order organization
  • Support general shop operations including steaming, tagging, tidying, and garment preparation
  • Assist with garment fittings, marking, pinning, and light tailoring support
  • Help maintain showroom presentation and back-of-house organization
  • Support the tailoring and service team with day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications

  • Passion for fashion, tailoring, craftsmanship, suit and bridal, or luxury retail
  • Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • Prior retail, hospitality, fashion, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with garment marking, sewing, pinning, fittings, alterations, or tailoring is a strong plus (training will be offered)
