About The Job
We are looking for a Client Relations and Experience Intern to join our team!
Job responsibilities
- Support South Asia markets in delivering exceptional client experience standards across key clienteling projects, including fashion launches, high-end events, and store openings, through close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end coordination with external vendors for asset production, from order consolidation to ensuring timely and accurate delivery to markets.
- Oversee client requests for exclusive South Asia experiences, ensuring seamless execution and high service standards.
- Maintain accurate weekly trackers and reporting by liaising with markets; develop post-event analyses to highlight best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct competitor research and support the development of initiatives to enhance client engagement strategies, improve workflows, and provide administrative support for events and ad-hoc projects.
Profile
- An affable team player with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Possesses intermediate competence in Excel and PowerPoint
- Client-centric with an eye for aesthetics
- Prior work experience in events or luxury industry will be advantageous
- Internship, able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship from July to December 2026
