On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury auction house specializing in high-value retail categories such as fine jewelry, designer fashion, rare timepieces, and collectibles, we are seeking a Client Relations Executive to join their growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a polished, service-driven professional with experience working with high-net-worth individuals in the luxury or retail space. You’ll act as a key brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage of the auction and sales journey.
The budget for this role is 13-15,000 + commission
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for VIP clients, offering tailored support throughout the auction lifecycle.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.
Coordinate client onboarding, including account registration, KYC/due diligence processes, and documentation.
Organize and support exclusive viewings, previews, and auction events in coordination with the wider team.
Deliver clear and accurate information about upcoming lots, bidding procedures, private sales, and post-sale logistics.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records within the company’s CRM system, ensuring data security and compliance.
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and sales) to deliver an elevated and consistent client experience.
Provide on-the-ground support during high-profile events, auctions, and private gatherings.
Actively contribute to the client engagement strategy by sharing feedback and market insights.
Candidate Profile:
5 years’ experience in luxury retail, auctions, high-end hospitality, or client services.
A passion for luxury products and familiarity with retail categories such as watches, jewelry, fashion, or art.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently and discreetly with HNWIs.
High level of personal presentation and professional etiquette.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems or client databases.
Willingness to work flexible hours and attend events outside standard business times.
Fluent English. Additional languages is a bonus!
