Commission-Based Sales Rep – Beauty & Fashion Industry
Direct Beauty Magazine is looking for motivated, self-driven sales reps to join our growing team!
We’re a niche advertising magazine that helps beauty and fashion businesses grow through targeted EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) campaigns. You’ll sell ad space to salons, boutiques, stylists, barbers, beauty brands, and more.

This is a commission-only position — perfect for hustlers, marketers, and beauty industry insiders ready to earn uncapped income.
Duties
Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networking within the market.
Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on products or services.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and market analysis for internal review.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in technology sales.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques is highly desirable.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
