ZIMMERMANN is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our high-performing Client Services Support team based out of our New York Head Office on afull-timebasis.

Our Client Services Support team are brand ambassadors and individuals who drive excellent experiences. With a significant global focus, this is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about the Zimmermann brand and is looking to be a part of a successful growing business.

As a Client Services Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

To provide exceptional client service via email, phone, WhatsApp, social, and live chat

To achieve a high level of service satisfaction for Online, Wholesale, and In-store clients

To build client relations, generating a strong client database with loyal and repeat clients

Effective use of clienteling systems to personalize communications including timely resolutions

Client service responses that are in accordance with our policies and procedures – with particular focus on product, brand knowledge, and empathy

Strive for seamless brand experience between online and retail, exceeding of client expectations

Achieve personal sales and performance targets – budget and compliments

Execute clienteling in line with the Client Communications Strategy and ongoing updates/modifications

To be constantly looking to improve client services performance and reporting to senior management of suggested improvements

Skills & Specifications:

Previous client service experience and rapport building evidence

Client relationship management expertise and uphold high ethical standards in all client interactions.

Interest in the luxury goods/retail sector, with a client-first mindset

Reliability and punctuality

High attention to detail

Ability to multitask under pressure

Excellent phone etiquette as well as written English and verbal, communication skills; bilingual: Spanish, French or Portuguese speakers are preferred.

Experience in using client relationship & service software’s such as Zendesk and Omneo Clienteling

Computer literacy with particular use of Microsoft Office, Apparel21, and Magento

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

What you will bring to the role:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Client service, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience

Strong analytical and organization skills

Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure

High attention to detail

Client focused mindset

Spanish or Portuguese language skill a plus
