Our client is seeking a Ceremonial Client Services Specialist to join their Sales team, supporting clients across Their legal and ceremonial wear divisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused professional to develop their career within a prestigious heritage business, combining client relationship management, events and business development.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will deliver exceptional service to UK and international clients while supporting sales, ceremonial events and commercial growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on ceremonial garments, uniforms and design requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting business development.
- Responding to customer enquiries in person, by telephone and email.
- Taking client measurements for ceremonial garments where required.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of UK and overseas client visits, events and marketing activity.
- Managing the distribution, return and replenishment of hire garments.
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless service.
- Raising invoices and supporting account reconciliation.
- Representing the business at ceremonial events and official engagements.
- The role includes occasional UK and international travel

You’ll ideally Be
- Experience in account management, client services, sales support, customer relationship management or business development.
- Organised, commercially aware and enjoy building relationships with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, confident and customer-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Business Central is desirable.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- An interest in heritage brands, ceremonial dress and traditional craftsmanship.
