Lucia is an independently owned women’s clothing, jewelry, and accessories boutique located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. We are looking to add to our team!
Requirements
We are looking for a sales associate/customer stylist who provides excellent customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and comfortable in our store will stand out.
- Love for and knowledge of current fashion and trends
- Strong interpersonal and styling skills
- Flexible, year-round availability, including weekends and evenings
- Interest in social media and fashion content is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and style customers
- Answer questions about products and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Process sales and manage returns
- Stay up to date with new arrivals and product knowledge
- Maintain the sales floor – ensuring racks are organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Assist with opening and closing the boutique
- Unpack shipments, steam, and ticket new merchandise
- Help keep our website updated with current inventory
- Support social media efforts by assisting with content creation, styling outfits, and occasionally modeling for in-store and online features
