Job Summary: As a Clothing Designer with a focus on both fashion and outdoor apparel, you will lead the design process from concept to final product. This includes research, sketching, fabric selection, technical design, and collaboration with product development and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands performance-driven design, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As a Brand Manager you will focus on day to day operations management, managing relationships, schedules, vendors and collaborating partners. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop seasonal collections for both fashion-forward and technical outdoor apparelCreate detailed tech packs, construction notes, and spec sheets for prototypes and productionResearch trends, materials, color palettes, and innovations in fabrics and constructionCollaborate with product developers, pattern makers, and manufacturers to ensure design integrityConduct fittings and refine garments for performance, durability, and styleStay current with outdoor and fashion market trends and customer needsMaintain a balance between functionality, sustainability, and brand identity in all designsManage vendors Develop schedules Assist in management operations Identify, source and maintain collaborative relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
