Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Phnom Penh for a Clothing Technologist. The role involves overseeing garment production processes, managing quality control during manufacturing, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, and conducting fittings. Additional responsibilities include evaluating textiles and materials for suitability and assisting in resolving production challenges while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Garment Construction and Fitting processes, with the ability to ensure technical accuracy in designs.
- Strong skills in Quality Control and proficiency in maintaining high production standards.
- Knowledge of textiles, including fabric properties and material selection for diverse garment types.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, clients, and factory partners.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in addressing production or quality issues.
- Previous experience in the garment or textile industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related fields is beneficial.
- Basic level Chinese is a MUST.
