Ruh Al Fann is a small-batch artisanal house with the potential to become a globally recognized luxury heritage brand. Rooted in timeless craftsmanship and designed for modern global relevance, we are building something deeply meaningful—where culture, artistry, and luxury meet.
Our product is already live, and manufacturing is underway. We are now looking for a visionary Japan-based co-founder / founding partner to help scale this into a globally respected luxury brand with a strong presence in Japan and East Asia.
This is not a job—it’s a founding role with meaningful equity, ownership, and long-term vision.
What You’ll Do
• Help shape the brand’s identity and positioning for the Japanese and global luxury market
• Lead partnerships, retail expansion, collaborations, and market entry in Japan
• Build relationships with luxury retailers, concept stores, investors, and strategic partners
• Drive growth, storytelling, and operations in the Japanese market
• Work closely with the founder on long-term global strategy
• Evolve into a leadership role as the company scales internationally
Who You Are
• Based in Japan or deeply connected to the Japanese market
• Experienced in luxury, fashion, artisanal brands, design, hospitality, or premium consumer experiences
• Strong network across retail, investors, luxury communities, or cultural institutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term thinking
• Passionate about craftsmanship, heritage, and building something iconic from the ground up
