We’re hiring: Collection Merchandiser – RTW & Accessories
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join JW Anderson’s Collection Merchandising team in London.
Reporting to the Senior Collection Merchandising Manager, the Collection Merchandiser will play an important role in shaping and commercially developing our seasonal offer across Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.
Working at the intersection of creativity and commerce, you will partner closely with Design, Product Development, Marketing, Production, Retail, Digital, Wholesale and Finance to translate creative direction, commercial insight and luxury market knowledge into clear product strategies.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
• Contributing to seasonal collection strategies and product briefs
• Developing and maintaining range plans
• Partnering with Design and Product Development throughout the collection process
• Monitoring pricing, margin and product architecture
• Analysing performance, market trends and commercial opportunities
• Supporting showroom preparation, collection launches and go-to-market materials
• Turning data and cross-channel feedback into clear product recommendations
We’re looking for someone with relevant experience in collection or commercial merchandising, ideally within luxury or designer fashion. You’ll combine strong analytical and numerical skills with genuine product sensitivity, commercial instinct and a passion for fashion, craftsmanship and the luxury market.
You’ll be highly organised, collaborative and proactive, with the confidence to work across both creative and commercial teams in a fast-moving environment.
Advanced Excel skills are essential, while experience with merchandising, PLM or ERP systems would be an advantage.
