Our color and hair styling department is the best in the business — we’ve been voted number 1 in the country by L’Oreal for the past 10 years! We are looking for top colorists/stylists with an existing book of business to join our team and grow with us. Candidates must be highly motivated, skilled in the latest color techniques and be able to provide excellent consultations in person or virtually.
Responsibilities
Excellent customer service skills
Superior oral communication skills
Ability to develop your own clientele through social media and customer referrals
Keep your station clean and sanitary
Assist in upselling salon products and services
Safe use of equipment and chemicals
Qualifications for Hair Stylist/Colorist
3+ years of experience as a hairstylist/colorist
Knowledge of products sold by the salon
Exhibit basic computer skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Excellent verbal communication skills with customers
Reliable transportation to meet scheduling requirements
