You will meet the demands of a busy day by knowing your targets, planning to meet them, keeping the environment clean and organized, building relationships, and supporting each other.

This role reports to the Manager, can be full or part-time depending on business needs, and requires availability during peak times to best serve our guests.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate teamwork skills to provide an experience aligned with our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
Provide consultations and all services on the menu, including shampooing, conditioning, styling, and chemical services, to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist guests in selecting the best products and colors, while staying flexible to business needs and maintaining punctuality.
Contribute to achieving sales goals, including retail, services, and memberships.
Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and security standards at the Hair Color Bar.
Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
Increase revenue through additional services, memberships, subscriptions, and product sales.
Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on products and services.
Support the training of Assistant Colorists through demonstration and coaching.
Qualifications:
Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
At least 1 year of experience as a colorist in a salon environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
Fluent in English.
Physical Demands:
Standing, walking, bending, twisting, manipulating fingers/hands, reaching, and occasionally sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to ten pounds. Regular communication with guests is required.
