Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in barbering techniques and customer service, ensuring that each client leaves feeling satisfied and looking their best. This role involves not only providing exceptional haircuts and grooming services but also fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Duties
Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments.
Engage recommending products that enhance clients’ grooming routines.
Upsell services and products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques to promote skill development.
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly environment and addressing client needs effectively.
Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing appointments.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficient in various barbering techniques and styles.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of nail care techniques is a plus.
Ability to perform basic retail math for product sales transactions.
