Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cosmetology, with expertise in hair styling and color theory. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role also includes opportunities for mentoring junior stylists and contributing to store management.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques and best practices to enhance their skills.
Participate in store management tasks such as inventory control and maintaining product displays.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license required. 3 years experience in salon.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proficient in hair styling techniques, including the application of hair extensions or willingness to learn.
With clientele preferred.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment through effective sanitation practices.
Previous experience in front desk operations or store management is desirable but not essential.
A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
