Responsibilities
Deliver excellent service in cutting, coloring, styling & treatments
Manage appointments, client consultations, and retail recommendations
Maintain clean work area and adhere to salon sanitation standards
Collaborate positively with salon staff and front‑desk to ensure smooth guest experience
Requirements
Valid Florida Cosmetology or Barber License
2+ years of salon experience (commission or booth rental preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Independent, organized, team-oriented, and self-motivated
