About Us: We are a newer and rapidly growing salon that specialize in hair extensions. We are currently seeking talented, passionate and seasoned stylists join our friendly team. Our beautiful and trendy salon offers high-end services to a diverse clientele and we are committed to providing a clean and welcoming atmosphere to all our customers.
Job Description: As a commissioned stylist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of salon services with an emphasis in hand-tied extensions services.
Providing personalized consultations to clients to determine desired outcome with a focus on appropriate expectations and pricing
Performing all services efficiently while ensuring a clean and sanitized work area
Educating clients on hair care and styling techniques, with a particular emphasis on extension maintenance and appropriate product recommendations
Assisting with extension installation, maintenance, and removal as needed.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with clients and coworkers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid cosmetology license in CA
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a styist
Must have a growth mindset and willingness to learn new techniques and trends in the industry, with a particular interest in hair extensions
Must have a strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation, and be able to maintain a clean and organized work area
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment
Professional attire and work appearance at all times
