Role Overview:

We’re hiring a highly creative, fashion-savvy Sales Setter who can initiate strategic, high-value conversations with retail decision-makers, fashion operators, and investors. This is not a traditional SDR or cold calling role—it’s relationship-first, quality-over-quantity, and rooted in the 80/20 rule. You’ll build real connections using creative, customized touchpoints across LinkedIn, email, and social media.

This is a remote, part-time contractor role with high-earning commission opportunities. You’ll represent the brand voice of our CEO and firm across platforms while helping us generate qualified discovery calls and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify 80/20 leads: celebrity-backed brands, retailers, licensing targets, and high-growth designers

Initiate outreach via personalized DMs, voice notes, Loom videos, and curated touchpoints (no templates or spam)

Develop creative engagement strategies like sending gifts, handwritten notes, or celebrating brand wins

Represent the brand on LinkedIn and occasionally Instagram—confidently and professionally

Integrate lead tracking and follow-ups into CRM (we use Airtable, Monday, and Slack)

Support live events, panel engagement, and strategic follow-up as needed

Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine messaging and strategy

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of B2B sales or partnerships experience in fashion, retail, creative, or luxury industries

Strong knowledge of the fashion business landscape—from private label to licensing and wholesale

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Highly confident using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom, Instagram DM, and CRM tools

Creative thinker who understands value-based, human-first selling—not spam or cold calls

Comfortable on camera and able to build instant rapport with high-level professionals

Bonus if you’ve worked with or pitched to major retailers or luxury fashion brands

Compensation:

Flat Monthly Retainer: Based on experience

Generous commissions on qualified discovery calls that lead to closed deals(Our deals range from $50K to $450K+, so commission potential is strong)

Flexible remote schedule (~10–15 hours/week)
