Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Communications Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our organization, responsible for creating and maintaining a positive image while engaging with various stakeholders, including clients, the media, and the public. You will develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with our organizational goals, ensuring clarity and consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies to promote company initiatives and enhance brand awareness.
Manage and create content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement with followers.
Draft press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to effectively convey organizational messages.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, scheduling interviews, and facilitating press coverage as needed.
Coordinate and support internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged.
Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies using metrics and feedback to continuously improve outreach efforts.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role or similar position.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
Experience with content creation and copywriting for diverse platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
