We're hiring someone whose entire job is to make our existing customers feel like part of Hidden Hills, not just buyers of it.
This is a brand new role with one focus: making our existing community feel seen, involved, and excited to stay close to Hidden Hills.
You'll own the relationship with our customer base. Not support tickets, not ad campaigns. The ideas, moments, and initiatives that turn a customer into someone who tells their friends, comes back for every drop, and feels like part of something.
What you'll do
- Build and run programs that reward and recognise our most loyal customers
- Create community moments, online and in real life, that people actually want to show up to
- Own VIP early access, insider drops, and "you first" experiences
- Spark content and conversations that make our community feel like a place, not a mailing list
- Build feedback loops that bring real customer voices back into the brand
You are
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with a real feel for the Dutch market
- Someone who thinks in initiatives and ideas, and can take them from concept to live
- Genuinely curious about people and what makes them feel part of something
- Comfortable owning a space and running with it without a playbook
- Sharp on brand and tone, with taste that fits a premium product
Nice to have
- Experience in community, lifecycle, or brand at a DTC or fashion brand
- A track record of building something from zero
