We’re Hiring: Executive – Compliance
📍 Location: Irbid, Jordan
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive – Compliance to support our organizational compliance functions and ensure adherence to regulatory, buyer, and internal standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in compliance within the garment manufacturing industry, with strong knowledge of labor regulations, buyer protocols, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance systems in accordance with local laws and international buyer requirements.
- Conduct regular audits across factories to ensure adherence to compliance, social, and safety standards.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and records for audits, buyer visits, and internal reviews.
- Facilitate and support internal and external compliance assessments, including buyer audits.
- Ensure corrective action plans (CAPs) are documented, followed up, and closed within timelines.
- Help drive awareness programs on compliance, labor laws, workplace conduct, and safety.
- Promote ethical work practices, transparency, and continuous improvement across departments.
- Support Golden List compliance requirements and contribute to meeting all statutory obligations.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in Compliance within the garment / apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of buyer compliance standards, local labor regulations, and audit processes.
- Experience in documentation, audit preparation, and follow-up on CAP closures.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive approach with strong ethical values and attention to detail.
