[Core Remit]
[Customer Experience]
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to meet front and back-of-house service standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to all customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed expectations and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Support after-sales service (e.g., repairs, returns) by following proper procedures and ensuring accurate communication with the store team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and respectful manner, escalating to the manager when necessary.
- Assist customers with sunglasses fitting in accordance with brand guidelines.
[Sales & Product Knowledge]
- Understand daily/monthly sales targets and actively contribute to achieving them.
- Engage with customers on the sales floor, offering product suggestions and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and brand stories to effectively communicate with customers.
- Monitor personal sales performance and strive for continuous improvement.
- Support in-store campaigns, promotions, and product displays to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction.
[Store Operations]
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to store operations.
- Perform daily tasks such as opening/closing, POS operation, and handling transactions or returns with accuracy.
- Process payments (cash, card, mobile, etc.) with attention to accuracy and responsibility.
- Ensure a safe working environment by keeping the store organized and reporting any issues to the manager immediately.
[Stock & Inventory]
- Assist with receiving, stocking, restocking, and organizing merchandise to maintain an efficient sales floor.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages promptly to the store manager.
- Stay aware of best-selling items, customer preferences, and emerging trends, and share relevant feedback with the team.
- Inspect incoming products for quality and ensure they are displayed appropriately.

- Maintain high level of grooming standards as per the brand grooming standards.
- Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches.
