The Role:
Working with our Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams, the Content Specialist will play an essential role in defining Lovisa’s online presence, contributing to the brand’s renewed content strategy and executing all communications across Lovisa’s key channels.
This role is a full-time position based in our head office in Hawthorn. It is suitable for someone with 2 – 3 years’ experience in a communications or marketing role. A love of fashion, and a strong understanding of retail will be highly regarded.
Lovisa Opportunity:
Be a custodian for the brand tone of voice and aid in the creation of a brand style guide
Collaborate and assist in creating and executing the brands content and social strategies
Accountable for creating descriptions for all Lovisa products. Ensuring that our product details are complete and ready for upload to the site. This will also include any copy augmentation for our Marketplace partners.
Execute all comms across the Lovisa content ecosystem, including product listings, blog content, email copy and digital assets
Develop and proofread social media captions and work closely with the social media specialist to ensure social activity aligns with the brand’s tone of voice
Define a Community Management matrix and any common responses/FAQs as required
Collaborate with broader content and social team to conceptualise and aid in the execution of creative assets and campaigns
Report on performance and draw on insights to inform new opportunities for growth
Assist broader eCommerce and digital teams to achieve KPIs as required
Keep up to date with industry and content trends on a global scale
Maintain yearly content calendar, ensuring Lovisa hits all key industry dates and customer triggers
