This role is for someone who can plan, create, and execute content end-to-end, with a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and brand consistency.

 

We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with luxury, fashion, and content.

 

Key Responsibilities

1.      Content Strategy & Planning

2.      Develop and manage social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

3.      Plan and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

4.      Lead content ideation and storytelling, aligned with Osaa’s luxury positioning

5.      Write refined, brand-aligned captions and copy

6.      Instagram & Digital Content Management

7.      Oversee end-to-end Instagram content across posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

8.      Ensure consistency in visual language, tone, and storytelling

9.      Collaborate with social media and performance teams to balance creative direction with reach and engagement

10.  Track content performance and refine strategy based on insights and audience behaviour

11.  Content Execution

12.  Own content end-to-end: concept → shoot → edit → publish

13.  Capture photo and video content for on-ground shoots, store content, and BTS

14.  Edit content for social platforms (reels, stories, short-form formats)

15.  Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors when required

16.  Work closely with internal teams (design, PR, digital, external agencies) for campaigns and launches

17.  Platform & Community Management

18.  Manage day-to-day social media operations across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

19.  Handle comments, messages, and community interactions professionally

20.  Maintain consistency in tone, response, and brand voice

21.  Performance & Insights

22.  Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement

23.  Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on growth and campaign effectiveness

24.  Manage paid social media campaigns when required

 

Requirements

1.      2–3 years of experience in social media or content roles

2.      Strong knowledge of Instagram and other key platforms

3.      Ability to plan content holistically, not just execute tasks

4.      Strong writing skills for captions and storytelling

5.      Experience with social media management and analytics tools

6.      Ability to shoot and edit content independently (photo & video)

7.      Basic familiarity with editing/design tools:

8.      Adobe (Photoshop / Premiere Pro / Illustrator)

9.      Canva

10.  Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

11.  Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
