QUALIFICATIONS :
Having at least 2-3 years of working experience in Content Creator | Talent | Social Media Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Design Graphic, Digital Marketing, Communication or related major.
Experience handling retail FASHION brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of retail fashion or personal care products is preferred
Strategic, strong analytical thinking, data-driven thinking, outstanding communication skills, and being up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
Able to join ASAP.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the creation of Brand content
Brainstorming with superiors and teammates regarding the content that will be created every day
Make copy wiriting in an interesting, interactive, and according to the strategy set by the User
Design video content by blending the voice over that has been made for the needs of posting on social media
Ensure that all content created meets the standards imposed by superiors (Photo, Video, Copy writing, Concept, Strategy, and Caption on social media)
Change and set content in accordance with the direction of superiors
Build cooperation with the design team for taking content from photos and videos
Monitoring all social media for the brand (IG, TIKTOK, WEB)
Build good relations with consumers by answering all comments from existing social media
Help increase traffic through the content that has been created
Using social media for consumer engagement, responding to complaints, and promoting company products/services
Confirm with the Offline & Online team regarding customer complaints about problematic products on all marketplace sales platforms (shipping, returns, crm team response etc)
