Role Overview
We are a fashion company based in Vietnam that does both manufacturing and direct-to-consumer brands. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the premium fashion environment and experience both B2B and B2C models of the business.
Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for execution of photoshoots and video shoots.
•Prepare and finetune concept deck for editorial photoshoot.
•Manage and deliver final deliverables based on creative directions given by Creative Director. •Shoot and edit engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using phone and professional camera.
•Capture raw, behind-the-scenes footage, performance clips, and spontaneous moments.
•Think fast and adapt during music video shoots, live events, and studio sessions, adjusting content ideas in real time.
•Edit and deliver high-quality, trend-driven content quickly to match fast-moving social trends. •Stay ahead of music, social media, and content trends, ensuring all content feels fresh, relevant, and shareable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
•Hands-on experience shooting and editing content for social media, preferably in high fashion segment.
•Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or any other quick-editing tools.
•A fast-paced, problem-solving mindset—able to adjust on the spot, create ideas on the go, and work in unpredictable environments.
•Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and the type of content that performs well.
