Contract Stylist Jobs in Manhattan, KS at Meadowlark
Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community in Manhattan Kansas is seeking a Full-Time stylist (or two part-time stylists) to work in our Pizazz Hair and Body Boutique. Stylist must have a Kansas license in Cosmetology and have/maintain their own insurance. This will be a contracted, commission-based position. This position requires someone who has great communication skills, is organized, and loves serving people.
We are seeking a stylist that will listen to our Residents needs and communicate clearly with our Residents to deliver the highest level of service.
Must have an outgoing personality, be self-motivated with an enthusiastic attitude about doing hair.
Stylist Physical Requirements are:
Reaching: extending hand(s) and arm(s) primarily at or above the shoulder
Standing: particularly for sustained periods of time
Frequent washing of hands
Be able to lift up to 35 pounds
Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers
