Job DescriptionIn the role as Coordinator at & Other Stories, you will be responsible for the logistic flow of & Other Stories’ assortment to external partners and be the link between our wholesale partners and our assortment teams. You will follow-up the wholesale orders on a weekly basis: offer products, make sure orders are placed and have the latest and correct order information that is shared with the partners by updating Excel sheets and systems. In addition, you will support the Key Account Managers with driving the selling to external partners towards set company goals and strategies.

Key responsibilities:

Secure the logistic flow between Stories and the external partners. Coordinate and keep deadlines for all parts in the delivery process, including close collaboration with our warehouses

Follow-up the wholesale orders on a weekly basis through close collaboration with assortment teams

Have a close collaboration with Key Account Managers and other Coordinators

Continuously ensure efficient and value-adding collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in assortment, warehouse, accounting and business tech teams

Provide the accounting team with information needed for monthly invoicing

Qualifications

To be a successful Coordinator, we believe that you can work independently in a structured way and organizing your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with many different departments and roles, as well as external partners. You are prestige less, have a “can do” attitude and are a strong team player. Finally, you encourage and contribute to the shared responsibility of creating and protecting an inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is allowed to self-identify.

What you need to succeed:

Strong administrative and coordinating skills with a love for details

A strong salesmanship, drive and takes initiatives

Works efficiently in MS Office programs, especially Excel

Fluent in English, spoken and written

Previous experience from wholesale, retail, sales and/or buying is beneficial

full-time permanent position
