What You’ll DoAs our Content Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the e-commerce team responsible for PUMA’s “Unified Site” for Oceania. Here’s a sneak peek at your day-to-day:
Elevate the Customer Experience: Perform daily quality scans of our website to ensure a flawless user journey.
Own Merchandising: Manage stock levels, set up and maintain products, catalogs, and navigation aligned with our marketing and content calendar.
Master Data Management: Enrich master data (PIM) with compelling images and copy.
Drive Promotions and Campaigns: Oversee customer groups, promotions, and content slots.
Collaborate with Retail: Work closely with the retail team to implement effective merchandising strategies.
Lead Projects: Assist with projects involving content providers, agencies, and consultants.
Support CRM and Customer Service: Help maintain CRM systems and provide occasional customer service support.
YOUR TALENT:
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in retail (e-commerce preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must), basic HTML/XML skills, and familiarity with Magento or similar content management systems.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Flexible, adaptable, and ready to collaborate with diverse teams.
