As an associate within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team, who you will work with to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience through Graphic services. As a Coordinator, Graphic Services, you will collaborate with the Graphics and cross-functional teams to manage email marketing campaigns and digital projects for the US and other regions for the Americas. This includes creating assets for landing pages, online banners, promo modules, site updates, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be producing responsive email marketing designs and managing digital assets. Additionally, you will assist with various graphic projects, such as event invitations and signage.
To succeed in this role, you should be strategic, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams. Your expertise in digital design, brand consistency, and creative execution will be key to delivering impactful visual content that enhances Armani’s presence across digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design and produce E-commerce email campaigns, including layout, file management, and asset delivery
Work with your manager to understand weekly deliverables and prioritize tasks
Ensure design consistency across email campaigns, banners, and interactive components
Follow brand guidelines to maintain high-quality standards
Maintain an organized archive of past email marketing campaigns
Support the Graphics team on special projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of experience in E-commerce email marketing and digital design
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design required
Background in fashion, beauty, or luxury E-commerce
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop); knowledge of XD, Sketch, Figma, and Google Docs is a plus
Strong animation (Gif) and prototyping skills preferred
Ability to quickly switch between editing, design, and operational tasks
Strong attention to detail in photo editing, typography, layout, and retouching
Proficient in responsive CSS/HTML newsletters
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly within the range of $25.00 and $28.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
