About The Role

KITSCH is seeking a highly skilled and creative Copywriter to join our dynamic Creative and Marketing teams. As a key member of our organization, the Copywriter will play a vital role in developing engaging, informative, and compelling content across various platforms. This includes crafting brand stories, product descriptions, social media content, web assets, and visual narratives that resonate with our diverse audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of brand voice and identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints. Your work will directly impact marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and customer engagement efforts, helping to strengthen KITSCH’s presence in the global market. We are looking for an innovative thinker who is passionate about storytelling, understands the latest industry trends, and can translate creative ideas into effective content that drives results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Marketing, or Communication
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing Copywriting
  • Proven experience in the Beauty and Fashion Industry
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning, including product launches
  • Exceptional research skills to understand industry trends, target audiences, and market insights
  • Proficiency in online content creation and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Knowledge of SEO principles to enhance content visibility
  • Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT to optimize workflow
  • Strong soft skills including creativity, proactivity, communication, and time management

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute brand positioning strategies to support product launches and brand growth
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s existing brand identity and develop new positioning recommendations
  • Create clear, original, and engaging content tailored to different target audiences across multiple formats and platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop innovative campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Conduct thorough research to stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and audience preferences
  • Edit and proofread all marketing materials to ensure consistency and quality
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversions
  • Apply SEO best practices to maximize content reach and visibility
  • Assist with the creation of visual content, including still photography, product photography, BTS videos, and social media assets
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing and branding efforts
