About This RoleThe copywriter & social media manager tells great stories. They plan and create brand content across a variety of mediums to drive both interest in the company and the brand loyalty. This role will be in-person in New York or Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
Perfect the brand story
Ensure the stories we tell resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
Manage our narrative and project the right brand messages to the world.
Ideate, create, and schedule content
Produce engaging content for a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, our website, and other mediums.
Manage the brand channels as well as key executive channels to connect with our customers.
Build community
Identify opportunities to bond with both existing and prospect customers on a deep level.
Create an environment through our communications that promotes interconnectivity between our customers and our partners.
Skills And Qualities
3+ years in journalism or social media management
Exceptional storytelling & writing skills
Consistent and reliable
Growth mindset
The ability to anticipate with a bias towards action
