Position Overview:The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue through strategic business to business partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of partnership dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and capitalize on corporate sales and promotional gifting. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with company goals and objectives.

Business Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporate clients. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base. Promote SCL to prospective and existing gifting and promotional clients through a variety of outreach opportunities to include emails, telephone contacts, and tradeshows. Leverage existing relationships with companies and ASIs to drive large volume sales and manage both existing and new project opportunities.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the corporate sales and licensing landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop sales forecasts and track performance against targets. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue projections.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or related field, with a focus on partnerships and licensing.

Proven track record of success in driving revenue through strategic partnerships and licensing agreements.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.

Knowledge of licensing laws, intellectual property rights, and industry best practices.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
