Provide personalized beauty consultations and professional makeup applications on the sales floor at the Mosaic location. Deliver exceptional client service while driving product sales through expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications, demonstrations, and personalized beauty consultations for clients.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals through product recommendations and upselling.
- Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-merchandised workstation and ensure product displays are stocked.
- Stay current on product knowledge, brand launches, and promotions to educate clients effectively.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cosmetics retail or as a makeup artist delivering in-store applications.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with beauty product application techniques and familiarity with current beauty trends.
