Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cosmetology services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and hair extensions.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cutting and styling.
Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired hair color results for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored services.
Manage appointments efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the salon environment.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations.
Proven experience in cosmetology with proficiency in various techniques.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
Ability to manage time effectively while providing high-quality services.
Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques is essential.
