Main Responsibilities
Provide an excellent service to residents within the salon environment.
Supporting Responsibilities
Shampoo, cut, color, and style in a relaxed friendly and clean environment.
Ensure customers’ needs are identified.
Schedules residents for hair care as requested by resident and/or responsible party.
Assists with transporting residents to and from the beauty shop as needed.
Maintains and submits records of services provided, including charges incurred.
Maintain a clean working area and sanitize tools after each customer.
Undertake general cleaning duties to ensure the Salon is kept to high standards.
Ensure relevant infection prevention and control procedures are followed at all times.
General
Maintains the confidentiality of information.
Promote and ensure the good reputation of 10 Wilmington.
Be confident in knowledge to work independently.
Be responsible for your own personal development.
Qualifications
Licensed Cosmetologist, as required by state.
Independent Contractor License
Experience with the elderly.
