We are looking for talented and motivated stylists to create flawless tailored services. Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative. Responsibilities include cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair using basic and advanced techniques. If this is you we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure all customers leave our salon satisfied with our services and feel happy with their new look.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
Recommend tailored services
Cut, trim, and shave hair using professional equipment
Be knowledgeable of hair coloring techniques ex: highlights, ombre and balayage
Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks, including braids, ponytails and buns
Manage bookings and serve walk-ins*
Ensure tidiness and sterilization of salon and tools
Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate
Skills
Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers
Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques
Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths
Familiarity with hair treatment products and services
Up-to-date with industry trends
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
Valid NC cosmetology license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
